Pilipinas at China, nagkasundong pahupain ang tension sa West Philippine Sea

00:07The Philippines and China agreed to ease tensions in the West Philippine Sea.
00:13This was discussed by Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Maria Teresa Lazaro and Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Chen Xiaodong
00:21in a bilateral consultation on the mechanism on the South China Sea.
00:26The Department of Foreign Affairs in China affirmed that the Philippines will not stop protecting its interests and sovereignty.
00:35The two countries agreed to restore trust and continue a peaceful dialogue.
00:42Meanwhile, the possible return of the Joint Coast Guard Committee
00:47and the establishment of an academic forum for maritime scientific and technological cooperation was also discussed.
