01:20Based on our history, there was a fire in the community.
01:26So all the houses were destroyed.
01:33That's why the word Pagnahian was coined.

02:35These are just a few of the things you can experience if you visit this town.
02:41We celebrated the festival to promote cooperation and unity among our people.
02:48We got these traits from our ancestors in LGU.
02:54The five-time national awardee of the Seal of Good Local Governance
03:00given by our national government will be given back to our constituents.
03:05We thank the people of Bingawan for the unity and cooperation they gave.
03:12If you are not a fan of festivities and you prefer a relaxing getaway,
03:17there are organic farms in Bingawan that you can visit.
03:23They also cook local dishes so you can taste their local foods.
03:30LGU supports these farms and other farmers in the town especially when it comes to water issues.
03:37Bingawan actually was identified by LUA as one of the waterless municipalities.
03:42That is the problem here.
03:44My father established SFRs to help our farmers for irrigation of their rice fields.
03:55This is not the only thing that the local government of Bingawan focuses on.
04:00The local government unit does not only depend on the infrastructure, projects, buildings, roads.
04:07But we wanted to invest in human resources because that is the biggest resource that we have.
04:14We can do better through our initiative.
04:19We have programs and innovations for our constituents.
