Top U.S. Representative Awarded Taiwan Diplomacy Medal

Sandra Oudkirk, the U.S.'s top representative to Taiwan, has been awarded a medal of diplomacy by Taiwan's foreign ministry. Oudkirk has served as the director of the American Institute in Taiwan since 2021. She'll step down from the position next week.
