00:00Oh Allah, Oh Allah, Oh Allah, Oh Allah, Oh Allah, oh Allah, Oh Allah, Oh Allah, oh Allah, oh Allah, oh Allah, oh Allah, oh Allah
00:15I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful
00:20Firstly, we need to understand what is the truth
00:23In simple words, keeping in mind the minds of the people,
00:28Haq is the name of a responsibility which Allah the Almighty
00:33obliges upon another being in the presence of another being.
00:38Now if that first being is of Allah, then it is called Haq-ul-Abd.
00:42Like Salah, fasting, Hajj, Zakat, Allah has given us this responsibility.
00:46And for what reason? We do it because of Allah, not because of any creature.
00:51We call it Haq-ul-Allah.
00:54And if there is a creature, we call it Haq-ul-Abd.
01:01Now if the first being is of parents, then it is called Haq-ul-Huq.
01:05The rights of the wife, the husband, the children, the mother, the ruler.
01:09These are the rights.
01:11And Allah the Almighty has made it obligatory upon Himself
01:16that till the Day of Judgement, the oppressor will not leave the oppressor unless he is given his due rights.
01:23So there will definitely be accountability.
01:26He can forgive his rights, he can forgive others as well.
01:30He will have full authority.
01:32He has made it obligatory upon himself that he will forgive Haq-ul-Allah.
01:36But he will definitely stand before Haq-ul-Abd.
01:39Now when he will stand before Haq-ul-Abd, there will be two situations.
01:42As we read in Hadith-e-Qalb, that the government has said that he will offer Salah, fasting, Zakat,
01:48he will do a lot of worship, he must have killed someone, he must have done oppression, he must have eaten something.
01:52He will take away some of his good deeds, some of this, some of that.
01:55When it will be finished, his bad deeds will be put in his name and he will be put in hell.
01:59So later on, we will see in the field of society that Haq-ul-Abd-e-Qutahi will become the reason for entering hell.
02:05Like Haq-ul-Abd-e-Qutahi for parents, we have spoken a lot about it.
02:09That it is the way to hell.
02:11Then it will happen that Allah will satisfy the oppressor with the oppressor.
02:16It is possible that Allah will forgive the oppressor with his responsibility,
02:20but it is also a matter of the oppressor, so he will satisfy him.
02:23Or like someone did Hajj and in the court of Allah, his Hajj was accepted.
02:27So the long Hadith of the Prophet, when he prayed in the field of Arafat,
02:32then Allah said that as much as I did Haq-ul-Abd-e-Qutahi, I forgave him.
02:36So the government immediately said that Allah forgive the oppressor too.
02:39So there was no answer.
02:40Then when Muzdalifah came and prayed, then Allah said that I forgave the oppressor too.
02:45Now the meaning of forgiving the oppressor is that the oppressor will not be able to compensate him.
02:51Now this is the interpretation of this that in the field of society, Allah will satisfy the oppressor with the oppressor.
02:57In a narration it is said that an oppressor will be made to stand,
03:00and his good deeds will be put in the hands of the oppressor,
03:04then his bad deeds will be put in the hands of the oppressor,
03:06and still the account will not be completed.
03:08So Allah will say that the account has not been completed yet, the oppressor will say.
03:11So Allah will say, look up, he will see a magnificent palace of paradise.
03:16So he will ask, O Lord, for whom is this?
03:18He will say, whoever can give its value.
03:20He will say, O Lord, who can give its value?
03:22Allah will say, you can give.
03:24How? Allah will say, forgive your oppressor brother, this is its value.
03:29He will immediately say, O Allah, be a witness, I have forgiven him.
03:32Allah will say, hold his hand, both will go to paradise.
03:35But as you said in the interview that we should ponder,
03:38it is possible that Allah's mercy does not pay attention to us with this effort,
03:42and God forbid, we get stuck in the field of society.
03:45That is why that other hadith was also discussed with us,
03:48that the Prophet said that before the Day of Judgment,
03:51if the oppressor has done injustice to him in the matter of the honor of the Muslim,
03:56then ask forgiveness from him.
03:58Otherwise, his good deeds will be taken out there,
04:00and if the account is not completed with the good deeds,
04:02then bad deeds will be put in the hands of the oppressor.
04:04That is why we should ponder.
04:05If he is a husband, then he should ponder about his wife,
04:07that I have not done anything wrong, I have not violated her rights.
04:10Similarly, the wife should ponder about her husband,
04:12the parents should ponder about their children,
04:14the officer should ponder about his subordinates,
04:16the mother should ponder about her boss,
04:18the teacher should ponder about his student,
04:20that we have not done injustice.
04:23And the last thing in this is that people should ponder on this,
04:26that the right is a responsibility that Allah has made necessary.
04:29It is the responsibility of one person on another.
04:32Now, why do we fight sometimes?
04:34The wife says that it is my right, give it to me.
04:36When she is claiming the right,
04:38it means that she is claiming that Allah has given this responsibility to you.
04:44Now, she has to prove it to the woman.
04:47She has to prove whether Allah has really put this responsibility on her husband or not.
04:50Such a husband is sitting with his wife.
04:52This is my right.
04:54So, prove it that Allah has put this responsibility on your wife in your right.
04:58When you will come to this side,
05:00you will not be able to prove it.
05:02You will not be able to prove it in thousands of cases.
05:04If every person, while claiming that it is his right,
05:08while claiming that it is his right,
05:10if he thinks about what is the basis behind it,
05:12then by the will of Allah, he will be free from thousands of rights.
05:15And if he himself does not know,
05:16he can find out from a good Mufti.
05:18The mother says that it is my right, you give me the salary,
05:20give me half of the salary.
05:22Now, this is the last thing before we leave.
05:26I say, this is my right.
05:28Give me a thousand rupees daily after the program.
05:31You will say, if the Mufti has the right, then prove it.
05:34I will give it to him.
05:36This is the thing.
05:37If there is no proof and it is my right,
05:39then from where did you get the right?
05:40It is not your Shariah.
05:41You should also present the proof.
05:42Only Allah can understand.
05:43What a good thing.
