00:15I don't think it's enough. I have to deal with people on the front line who can't afford
00:21their bills, they just can't afford it, can't afford their council tax. There's a lot of
00:26stuff they can't pay and it's a vicious circle, it's a circle of disadvantage and 7%, yeah,
00:33it will save money. People like me that work, yeah, it will be a saving for me but people
00:41who are on benefits, it's a drop in the ocean for them.
00:45I think it's enough, yes, to help people, yes, because it will help people getting into
00:50debt with energy companies, it will help a lot because people will be able to manage
00:56their money and what they're spending then.
