00:00It's changed my life a hundred percent. It dominates my life daily.
00:08My life's completely changed to what it was.
00:13A part of you dies with them, doesn't it?
00:15Yeah, that's how I feel.
00:17And I think as time goes on, it doesn't get easier, it gets harder.
00:23I agree.
00:25I suppose my life is now built on that one event. It changes everything.
00:30And the fact that Brianna isn't there, that will stick with me forever.
00:50Do you feel let down?
00:51I feel like really it is our job as well, so even though we've been through something so tragic,
00:57we do need to do this, we do need to push this.
01:00Do you think it's a priority enough at the moment? Do you think it needs to be more of a priority?
01:06No, it definitely needs to be more of a priority.
01:09Kids are dying on our streets on a daily basis.
01:12The government needs to step up and do more.
01:16There needs to be custodial sentences. That's the only way that change is going to happen.
01:22So you want custodial sentence for...?
01:24For carrying a knife. I think if you're caught with a knife, it's a straight ten years.
01:28If you're caught with a gun, it's a straight ten years.
01:30What's the difference? They're both weapons, they're both used to kill.
01:34I just want to say he's both a beautiful soul and we've met due to really bad circumstances,
01:43but I just want to say I'm here for years and I'm glad I've made such beautiful friends.
01:50You shunned them.
