00:13has been charged with production of a biological toxin and possessing
00:18information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing to
00:21commit an act of terrorism. Rudakabana is already charged with the murders of
00:25Alice Da Silva Aguirre 9, BB King 6 and Elsie Dot Sankham 7 as well as the
00:31attempted murder of eight other children. Police are not currently treating the
00:35Southport attack itself as a terrorist incident. To be labelled as terrorism the
00:39attack would have to be an attempt to advance a political, religious, racial or
00:43ideological cause but it is not clear what possible motivation that might have
00:48been. Yvette Cooper the Home Secretary's urged the public not to speculate on
00:52the case in order to ensure the victims families get justice. A provisional trial
00:57date has been set for January next year.
