00:00Hey, what's up everybody, and welcome back to another video.
00:14Today's gonna be Black Label Society, which is Zach Weil's band, Bleed For Me.
00:21So you can just imagine how it's only gonna be the main riff throughout the whole, throughout
00:26the song, like the beginning.
00:28Yeah, so if you like the video, please hit that like button, subscribe down below.
00:31Truly, truly appreciate it.
00:33Black Label Society, Bleed For Me, stick around.
00:36My guitar is, I think, tuned down a whole step, which I think this song is tuned down
00:40a whole step, and it's in drop D tuning, so the open E would be like a C. It's in drop
00:47C tuning, I'm pretty sure.
00:50Drop D tuning, I make sure the first three strings sound like a power chord.
00:54Okay.
01:00Starts with a third fret, and then right into open, like third fret, and then starts with
01:05open.
01:06So...
01:11So three, open, open, open, open, three, open, open, open, open, three, open, open, open.
01:18I don't know if I have that timing right, but it's three with all opens, three with
01:25all opens, three with all opens, you know, the timing of like a...
01:28Then into...
01:33Which is 3-5-A, 6-E, 6, low E, I'll say, it's really a C. 6-C.
01:46I'll say a low E string, even though you know it's in drop D tuning and all that stuff,
01:49so 6 on the low E string, I guess.
01:53So...
01:566-3-A, 6-5-3.
02:05Now I just, I hammer on that.
02:08I kind of hammer on the three and the five, and then I kind of pull off all three.
02:18But if you want to pick it, I guess you can do that, if you want to hear it clearer.
02:28So it's, again, 3-5, 3-6.
02:333-5, 3-6, 3-6-5-3.
02:44So...
02:49Now I'm not good at playing riffs fast, so if you can play it up to speed fast, that's
02:54better for you.
02:56I just am showing the frets and the notes, and hopefully you can play it up to speed
03:00better than I can.
03:01So again, 3-5, 6-3, 6-3-6-3, 6-5-3.
03:20So it's supposed to be fast.
03:21So it's like...
03:22Okay.
03:31It's basically, I know there's way more to the song.
03:35There's...
03:36Oh, oh, sorry.
03:37And then...
03:43Yeah, so after that, you also do the same 3-open-open-open, 3-open-open-open, and then
03:50you just hit a 3-cool, a 3-3-3.
04:03Then, din-nin-nin-nin-nin, the same thing.
04:04Okay.
04:05The only other part I'm going to show is kind of when the lyrics come in.
04:08It's like...
04:15So it's...
04:21Or it's...
04:24I see it on the tab, it's sliding into that 6.
04:30So it's like, all open, first 3 strings, dun-dun-dun, 5.
04:35So...
04:38So, 3 times on the open, then 5.
04:43And then, open-open-3-open.
04:51So, it's like, dun-dun-dun, 5-dun-dun, 3-dun-dun, 6-6.
04:59Again, doing it up to speed is up to you, kind of.
05:02I don't really even know how to explain the rhythm, it's just the note.
05:06So...
05:106-6, that's what that is.
05:12So, dun-dun-dun, 5-dun-dun, 3-dun-dun-dun, 6-6, and then...
05:20Dun-dun-dun, 5-dun-dun, 3-dun-dun-dun, 6-6, and then...
05:25Sorry.
05:26You know, it's back to the opening riff.
05:29I...
05:30Honestly, during this, what I'm doing right now, I'm thinking of something else, because something else is going on.
05:36So I keep trying to focus.
05:38I should have just waited until I actually was really into this, and this is a hard song to play, and I'm not playing it that well.
05:45So, you know.
05:51So that was a very horrible attempt at the beginning of Black Label Society, Bleed For Me.
05:59Okay, so that'll do it for another video.
06:01Until next time, see you later.
06:04Gadoosh.
