00:00Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo wanted the NBI to investigate the fingerprints of Guo Huaping.

00:10She was allowed to be a candidate again even though she was questioned if she had the right to run in the election.

00:21The NBI got this alien fingerprint card from their master files.

00:26The fingerprints of the Chinese national Guo Huaping were found.

00:30The document was issued in March 2006.

00:32On August 31, 1990, they found Guo in Fujian, China.

00:37The father was Guo Jianzong.

00:39The mother was Lin Wenyi.

00:41The fingerprints of suspended Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo were included in the NBI's biometric printout.

00:49Guo Huaping and Mayor Alice Guo went out to investigate.

00:54Comparing the two fingerprint cards, we find out that the same is an impression of one and the same person.

01:06But Mayor Alice Guo wanted to investigate the so-called fingerprints.

02:47the electoral victory she posted and her current position as mayor.

02:52According to Senator Rizal Antiveros, if the co-warrantor petition is approved,

02:57it will be revealed that at the beginning, Guo has no visa as mayor.

03:46The Commission of Elections will do its duty.

03:50Senator Sherwin Gatchalian believes that the NBI's findings are solid evidence.

03:56And because Guo is facing many cases in the Philippines,

03:59the mayor cannot be deported to China.

04:02In the next hearing of the Senate, will Guo still be able to run?

04:05If Mayor Alice Guo and the subpoena are not honored,

04:10and I've warned her of this already, I will cite her in contempt.

04:13She said that as long as her health can handle it, she will go.

04:16She can handle it because she has an illness.
