00:09who are just choosing who they will give aid to, especially during the pandemic.

00:15Yesterday, Tulfo issued a new resolution on this.

00:19He wants to punish the politicians who are doing this for 6 months to 1 year in prison

00:27and not to be allowed to run again in the election.

00:31The congressman is angry that there are many complaints about this

00:35and that a strong law has to be passed to avoid such incidents.

00:43What's annoying is that the people who are giving,

00:46because it's usually given to LGUs,

00:49the people who are giving, they are choosing.

00:52They are prioritizing their supporters.

00:54Now, when their supporters are given, they will give to others.

00:59Their mandate is not like that.
