00:00All right, Keith, let's move on.
00:04We're at the Rocket Mortgage Classic this week.
00:06The Detroit Golf Club.
00:07Ricky Fowler is our defending champion.
00:10This is a place where, of course, give me the layout here.
00:13You got to be able to bomb it.
00:14They've been here for a few years now.
00:16Tell me about Detroit.
00:17Well, you know what?
00:18A lot of people are talking about bombers this week, and with good reason.
00:21You know, the Cam Youngs, the Tony Finaus, the Brysons, these different guys that have
00:25played well there.
00:26Taylor Pendrith, another bomber, right?
00:28But you don't necessarily have to bomb it.
00:29I mean, last year, look at the playoff.
00:31Ricky, not a bomber.
00:32Colin Morikawa, not a bomber.
00:34And Adam Hadwin, also in that playoff, not a bomber.
00:37What you have to be able to do here is you got to be able to score from 150 yards and
00:41in.
00:42I mean, this thing is a race to 30 birdies.
00:43It's just that simple.
00:44Who on your card can make 30 subpar scores, right?
00:48Because you're going to make a couple bogeys in there, but that's the thing.
00:51Can you get 36 wedge shots out of the 72 holes inside 25 feet?
00:56Again, you convert two-thirds of those putts.
00:59That is the formula this week.
01:00You've got to be able to score on the par fours.
01:02There's four of them under 400 yards, and we've got four par fives in play.
01:06Now, if you can bomb it, there's not much of a penalty for missing the fairway.
01:10So it is an advantage, but there's definitely, there's different ways with which off the
01:16tee that you could do this thing.
01:18But once you get in the fairway, 50% of your approach shots are from 150 yards and in,
01:22and you've got to be a good putter.
01:24You got to get ready to go nuclear on this thing.
