01:43In an order dated June 18, made public only on Tuesday, June 25, Ombudsman Samuel Martirez
01:49junks the motion for reconsideration filed by Guo, Bamban Business Permit and Licensing
01:54Officer Edwin Ocampo, and Bamban Municipal Legal Officer Adin Siguia.
01:59A preventive suspension is not a penalty but a, quote,
02:02"...preventive measure to ensure that the accused will not use their position to influence
02:06witnesses or tamper with records."
02:09Meantime, Guo and 17 others are now under the Bureau of Immigration's lookout bulletin.
02:15An immigration lookout monitors a subject's attempt to leave the country.
02:19It is not a sufficient prohibition for departure from the Philippines.
02:23Guo and 13 others currently face a Qualified Trafficking Complaint over alleged ties to
02:28the raided Pogo in Tarlac.

03:58When Marcos took over, he personally summoned Huang in February 2023 after the China Coast
04:03Guard pointed a military-grade laser light at the Philippine Coast Guard.
04:09China's Chang'e lunar probe returns on Tuesday, June 25, and touches down on the northern
04:14Chinese region of Inner Mongolia.
04:16This makes the country the first to bring back samples from the moon's far side.
04:21The probe landed and collected soil from the moon's south pole at Kin Basin, an impact
04:25crater on the side of the moon that always faces away from Earth.
04:29Chinese President Xi Jinping calls it a landmark achievement.
04:32The Chang'e 6 probe was launched on May 3 on a Long March 5 rocket from the Wenchang
04:37Satellite Launch Center on the southern island of Hainan.
04:40The probe had intended to collect two kilograms of samples, which will be closely analyzed
04:45by Chinese and foreign scientists who believe these will reveal new details about the formation
04:49of the Earth, moon, and solar system.
04:52The 2020 Chang'e 5 mission brought back samples from the near side of the moon.
