00:00We know that the relocation of foreigners without permission requires a suitable and safe place.
00:15So this is a commitment of the government to prepare a project that has been started by the previous government since 2019.
00:28And I would like to inform that this project, which uses an open tender, will be completed on 28 July 2024,
00:42which has been given in terms of extension of time, especially during the PKP.
00:52And the original value of the contract is RM77.5 million above the land of 15 acres.
01:01And close to this depot, we cannot use the same water pipe line as the prison.
01:14Therefore, a new line of 2 km will be built with a value of RM57.8 million in an open tender.
01:32All expenses and work carried out for this water pipe line will also be completed on 29 July 2024.
01:47So, the hope of JKR as an implementer of this project is that it can be prepared as promised
01:59so that foreigners without permission can be moved here from unsafe places,
02:07such as in Juru, unsafe detention, and unwanted acts can take place.
02:16So here the place is much safer, the place is a bit comfortable.
02:22JKR is an implementer ministry.
02:25We implement 28 other ministries' projects.
02:30Today, I see one ministry that is implemented by JKR,
02:34and we will continue to be committed to implement the projects given to us by the ministries
02:39to be prepared according to the schedule, or earlier than the schedule.
02:4428 July 2024, it should be August 5, 2022, but due to COVID-19,
02:53it happened not only to this project, but to all other projects.
02:58Due to COVID-19, we have extended all-time three times as standard
03:04to all various construction projects in Malaysia.

03:12That is standard.
03:14If not, it will be ready by May 2022.
03:17But due to COVID-19, it will be ready by July 2024.
03:22What about the water project?
03:25Here, if we don't have a pipe function with a prison,
03:30but with low water pressure,
03:32then it was decided by all the technicals
03:36so that we have a new pipe line installed here
03:42taking from the main line 2 km away.
03:47And that project is 5.7 million rupiah.
03:54Previously, there was a report that he claimed
03:58because of this project, there was a water problem in his area.
04:03Is this true?
04:05It's not on yet.
04:09That's not the reason.
04:11It's not on yet.
