00:49This is the 20th leg of the BPSF Caravan led by House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

00:56There are financial assistance, rice and other services and programs from 46 participating national government agencies.

01:28Aside from the BPSF, three other big programs were initiated in Surigao del Sur.

01:34First is the Cash Assistance and Rice Distribution or CARD program initiated by the government in the middle of high rice prices.

01:41Two thousand beneficiaries were given P2,000 in financial assistance and P10,000 in free rice.

02:03There is also the SIBOL program for small businessmen.

02:07And for students, the ECIP for the Youth program was also held in the province.
