Electric Shuffle - from the people behind Flight Club - has opened its doors on Deansgate.

We went to try it out on opening day and see what all the fuss was about.

00:04and we got invited down to see electric shuffle just before it opened to the public for the first
00:09time the first thing that you notice is just how huge the space is i genuinely can't be clear enough
00:16on how big this space is there i told you but being serious for a second the bar area is absolutely
00:22huge you have a bunch of places to sit if you're having meals but also you've got these lovely
00:27little hidden areas this one was called the library where if you want to rent an event space
00:31or you want to sort of find a corner to hang out with your mates you can do that it won't just be
00:36shuffleboard here though they also have a disco booth set up for the weekends so really this
00:40place is perfect for pre-drinks and the main night out i then set about sampling some of their
00:45cocktails i had three here i tried the short circuit the high voltage and airtons margarita
00:51which was my favorite personally this is how they looked and this is the shuffleboard itself behind
00:57you can see a design done by manchester artist eric with a k we gave some of the food a try as
01:02well these were the cauliflower bites a selection of chips a little side salad there was a garlic
01:06bread mill in around two i tried one of the cauliflower bites i'm not usually a cauliflower
01:10fan but it was very nice and then we gave shuffleboard a go you've got these big screens
01:15where you can select your games a little book full of all the game options that they have
01:19and here's my first attempt yeah it was awful i'm not very good at shuffleboard it was a great
