00:00Drivers are getting angry because of the big-time oil price hike next week.

00:08The motorists we talked to about budgeting for gasoline or diesel are getting mad.

00:16Because there's a big-time oil price hike next week,

00:21according to the Department of Energy, diesel is the biggest, almost 2 pesos.

01:14the drivers are also facing another issue, the PUV modernization.
