National Maritime Council, inirekomenda kay Pres. Marcos ang pag-anunsyo sa gagawing resupply mission ng bansa sa Ayungin Shoal

00:00The Philippines once again stood up for the rights of the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea.
00:04This was followed by a new incident of Chinese ships being harassed
00:09during the resupply mission in Ayunginsho.
00:12At the behest of the National Maritime Council earlier,
00:15they recommended to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
00:18to announce the scheduled rotation and resupply mission of the Philippines
00:22in BRP's Sierra Madres, Ayunginsho.
00:26We view this incident with concern
00:30and that's the reason why the National Maritime Council was convened this afternoon.
00:35This is the second instance that the National Maritime Council convened
00:40and came up with policy recommendations for the President's approval and consideration.
00:48We will be awaiting the guidance of the President
00:58as regards to the policy recommendations that we submitted this afternoon.
