00:00In other developments, the University of Technology Mara-UITM is launching its 25th anniversary

00:12capsule for the 25th anniversary of its establishment, after being recognized as a public high-education

00:19institution on August 26, 1999.

00:21This program includes 30 speakers, including academic staff and students, including UITM

00:26Dato' Dr. Syahrin Sahib, in accomplishing the mission of completing almost 2,000 kilometers

00:31across Malaysia and Borneo.

00:34UITM Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr. Radwan Sheh Rose described this as one of the symbolic

00:40congratulations on the 25th anniversary of the establishment of UITM.

00:44He also emphasized that there will be more activities to be held ahead of the end of

00:49August.

00:51So this is a symbolic gesture that we are very grateful when the government has agreed

00:59to raise the level of UITM, which has been fought for such a long time, to stand at the

01:06same level and sit at the same level with all other universities.

01:10In celebration of the 25th anniversary of UITM, we will hold many more activities.

01:18This is just one of the activities for the beginning.

01:22Throughout this year and after August 26, the date of our establishment, we will fill

01:31with various programs, especially academic programs, community programs, and also entrepreneurship

01:42and so on.
