00:17when he was suddenly stopped by the police in Barangay Bel Air, Makati City.

00:22He has been hiding for 17 years in the law

00:25because of a murder case in Santa Ana, Manila.

00:29Alias Laki became suspicious of the authorities

00:31because he was using fake clearances to get into work.

00:36He also moved houses in Manila and Cavite since 2007.

00:42While they were drinking, our victim arrived

00:46and he did what he was told to do.

00:49I was talking to him.

00:51They had a physical confrontation.

00:56He took a gun and shot the suspect in the head

01:05because he didn't die.

01:07The suspect refused to face the media.

01:09But according to the police, he has been being bullied by the victim for a long time

01:13so his eyes became dark.

01:15The victim also went to jail.

01:17Aside from Alias Laki, he also has accomplices who are being searched by the police.

01:23He has two accomplices here, he and Laki.
