00:00Okay, so it's how stressed are the students at the School of Morgue?
00:21With exams and everything going on at the minute, it's like really quite stressful for
00:25everyone because always when you need to go into the evening about it's when you should
00:30wake up and get up for your exams. It's just quite stressful because it's a lot that we
00:34have to think about.
00:36I understand this gardening project's been set up to help alleviate some of that stress
00:40and you know, help you with your mental health, is that right?
00:42Yeah, our school like focuses a lot on mental health and we have like a really strong pastoral
00:47team which tries to help us with mental health and that all the time and this is one of the
00:51ideas that they came up with to just get us out of school, take our minds off exams a bit
00:56and just kind of day-stress and lift up all the sort of...
00:59Has it helped?
01:00Yeah, I'd say it has. It's nice to like get away to do something a bit different and it's
01:06like, it's not something we could do, like would do at home, so it's just something completely
01:12new and it's like outdoors, it's fresh, it's like you're just really getting something
01:17done, it's nice to see all the growth that's like happened over the past couple of months.
