00:02Two teenagers have been charged after a theft from a Derbyshire jewellery shop.
00:06The two men, who are both 19 and from Nottingham,
00:09were arrested following an incident in Oxford Street in Ripley.
00:13Both were charged with theft from a shop,
00:15and one was also charged with causing grievous bodily harm without intent.
00:19They were remanded to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court,
00:21where they were further remanded into prison custody.
00:24The pair will next appear at Derby Crown Court on July 12th.
00:30A Derbyshire village has been named amongst the most desirable places to live in England.
00:34Baslow and Bugnell was the top place to live in Derbyshire,
00:37according to research carried out by the Telegraph newspaper,
00:40based on a combination of the highest house prices,
00:43best local amenities, connectivity and aesthetic appeal.
00:46The Telegraph praised the area's quality of local restaurants,
00:50independent boutique shops and the proximity to historic Chatsworth House.
00:54They said,
00:55Set within the Peak District National Park and nearby the Chatsworth Estate,
00:59it's the perfect place for hiking, riding or mountain biking.
01:03Bugnell Lane, which is parallel to the river, is the most sought-after road,
01:06with houses selling for £1.1 million on average in the last decade,
01:10the second most expensive street in the whole of Derbyshire.
