Senior government in Port Moresby for bilateral talks

Senior Australian ministers are in Port Moresby today to hold high-level talks with their Papua New Guinean counterparts. The delegation will hold talks on security, climate change, business and trade. It comes after the two nations signed a bilateral security agreement last December promising to deepen collaboration on policing, defence, climate and cyber security matters. Under the agreement more than 60 police cadets from Papua New Guinea will travel to Australia for training.
