00:00Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na, don't get your ass jacked like real pop.
00:03Ooh, mmmm.
00:06I just know that I start throwing ass after this in the dance routine.
00:15Okay.
00:17I be the I-G-G-Y, put my name in bold.
00:19I've been working, I'm up in here with some money to throw.
00:23Something to hold, maybe?
00:25Anyway, it's fancy, I know that, obviously.
00:30It was my dog's name and my name, Iggy Azalea, is my password recovery from my email.
00:36And I made this choice when I was 16, so yeah.
00:39I was in Brazil filming the music video with T.I. for the song No Mediocre
00:45when it went number one and I was gutted.
00:48I thought there was no way it was going to be number one for another week.
00:52It ended up being number one for, I think it was nine weeks.
00:55But at the time, who could predict that?
00:57And I was so sad because I thought like,
01:00the one time in life you get this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,
01:03I have a number one record and I'm not in America where it's number one.
01:08No, I'm not there.
01:10But then we got home next week and it was number one still.
01:12So I got to enjoy it for many weeks to come.
01:15I think I'm still enjoying it now.
01:16Thank you.
01:19Walk a mile in these Louboutins but they don't wear these shits where I'm from.
01:23I'm not hating, I'm just telling you.
01:25I'm trying to let you know what the fuck that I've been through.
01:27Those are the lyrics from my song, Work.
01:28That's one of my favorite songs, actually.
01:30I have a lot of good memories with that song.
01:35I was actually in Wales when I wrote this and it was a crazy time
01:39because I didn't realize that in Wales they have moments throughout the year,
01:43and this would have been close to Christmas, actually, that I wrote it,
01:46that there's not a lot of daylight in the day.
01:49So it's great when you are writing in the studio,
01:51you always want it to be nighttime.
01:53And it was like almost perpetual nighttime.
01:55And I really wanted to be able to go home for Christmas and leave.
01:59And everyone was like,
02:00not until you find the record.
02:03And that was the day that I just decided I'd write about my life.
02:06And I wrote this song, Work, and I went home for Christmas.
02:09So it was great.
02:09I'll always remember this one, yeah.
02:11Okay.
02:12I got 99 problems but you won't be one.
02:15This is from Ariana Grande, Problems.
02:20I was very nervous to write this verse
02:23because Max Martin actually produced this song for Ariana and I.
02:27And he has always been my songwriting hero, especially for pop records.
02:32I've always really looked up to his writing ability and wanted to meet him.
02:36So the first time that I did get to meet him
02:38was to write my part on Problem for Ariana.
02:42And I sat in the studio with him.
02:44He played me this song and then he told me to get to work.
02:47And he didn't.
02:48He told me to go write my verse.
02:49But I was just so nervous.
02:51I was so...
02:52I've never been more nervous.
02:53I wrote it and then I went in the booth and they told me to say my part.
02:57And I was so scared if he would like it or not.
02:59But he did.
03:00He didn't make me change anything.
03:02I loved collaborating with Ariana Grande.
03:04She'd been looking to sort of make a record happen for a while before that one clicked.
03:09And we'd been seeing each other at award shows and things like that for a while.
03:13And when I heard that record, I just knew it was a beast.
03:18And I was so excited that we finally had the perfect record.
03:21And I really love that I could be part of a special moment, I feel, that was in her career.
03:27And that she's always forever a really special part of mine too.
03:30Because that was really a magical time, I think, for both of us.
03:33Where we were both really like launching off.
03:36And she's gone even further now.
03:37Yeah, I really like her.
03:38I think she's really cool.
03:40Thank you.
03:42I'm gonna love you until it hurts.
03:44Just to get you, I'm doing whatever works.
03:47Yeah.
03:48You ain't never met nobody that'll do you like I do you.
03:51That'll bring you to your knees.
03:52Praise Jesus, hallelujah.
03:54I'm gonna make you beg for it.
03:55Plead for it.
03:56Yes, it's true.
03:58The song is Black Widow.
03:58I'm gonna love you until it hurts.
04:02Just to get you, I'm doing whatever works.
04:04I like to be a bit of a soul taker in my sex life.
04:08And this is just about that.
04:09I was a little bit crazier when I would share these things.
04:12Now I'm a little bit more private with my love life.
04:16I like a man that is funny.
04:20I like them to not be too insecure because I have crazy, wacky ideas and stuff like that.
04:26I like a bit of a homebody because I am too.
04:28I don't actually really like to go out.
04:30Someone that is well-dressed and kind of a little eclectic.
04:34Someone that's gonna go on their own path and direction.
04:38That's what I like in a man.
04:41And someone that makes me feel protected and that I can respect.
04:44Because I don't like when I feel like I could just boss someone around.
04:48I don't want to boss my partner around.
04:51So they have to have a strong presence.
04:56Yeah, thank you.
05:00Don't get your ass dragged like RuPaul.
05:03Oh, this is challenging, but I do know.
05:05This is Sally Walker.
05:06The line before it is U-Haul.
05:09It rhymes with RuPaul.
05:10I actually don't remember right now what comes next on that.
05:12But this is Sally Walker.
05:14I failed this mission.
05:16Don't get your ass dragged like RuPaul.
05:17Sally Walker is really no one, honestly.
05:19Sally Walker is just like a playground song that we used to do at school.
05:24And you'd kind of like do a silly dance and then everybody else would copy it.
05:30And that's really it.
05:31There are a lot of rumors that came out about who Sally Walker is.
05:34But there truly was never a Sally Walker.
05:35That's a funny thing.
05:37Thank you.
05:39Little bit of ratchet, little bougie, you should all know.
05:41This is Bounce.
05:43Little bit of ratchet, little bougie, you should all know.
05:45Sipping out the straw slow.
05:47Little bit of ratchet, little bougie, you should all know.
05:50Anyway, bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce.
05:52That's what this song is.
05:53At this point in my life, I'm definitely more bougie than I am ratchet.
05:58But I still love to have a little ratchet tree.
06:03Everybody should.
06:04Everybody should.
06:05You should never take yourself too serious or be too bougie.
06:08But I haven't done all the bougie things yet.
06:09So I'm still discovering my bougieness.
06:13I don't know.
06:14My PA might be able to...
06:15What's something bougie that I do?
06:18Yachts?
06:19Well, yeah, I do.
06:20I am pretty addicted to yachts.
06:22I don't like yachts if the master bedroom doesn't have balconies.
06:26If you have a boat and you cannot open the sides to balconies on your master bedroom,
06:32are you really bougie?
06:33The answer is you're not.
06:35I got cars.
06:36I got bags.
06:36I got real estate.
06:37This is obviously Cream.
06:40I got cars.
06:40I got bags.
06:41I got real estate.
06:42This is the thing with remembering lyrics for me.
06:44I have to go the whole way down a verse to know it, to pull it out of my brain,
06:48because everything is saved in segments.
06:52This is the first verse.
06:54I just know that I start throwing ass after this in the dance routine.
07:02Type thing, you know what I mean?
07:03But yeah, this is Cream.
07:05I actually only have two cars right now because my Rolls-Royce got stolen.
07:10My favorite car would be my Rolls-Royce if it was still in my driveway, but it's not.
07:16But I will get myself another one for Christmas.
07:20My two cars are the same.
07:21They're both autobiography Range Rovers.
07:23They're matching because me and my son, we have matching cars.
07:26We purchasing, not perusing.
07:30This is from the new classic.
07:32This song would be Change Your Life.
07:40Before the new classic, I mostly ate Cheetos for dinner and breakfast and lunch every single day.
07:46And I had no money and I didn't have anything.
07:48And I was just doing my mixtapes.
07:51And I started to be getting out doing shows.
07:54And I thought I was being really successful.
07:56And then once I put the new classic out, it just was like a rocket just launched into space.
08:01And nothing was ever the same again.
08:04It changed my life in every single good and bad way you could ever think of.
08:08But I'm really glad that it happened.
08:12Rappers in my phone and my DM won't leave me alone.
08:15This is very true.
08:16This is Sip It.
08:21Sip It, I like this record.
08:23It didn't age very well for me, I'll be honest with you.
08:26I liked it a lot more when it came out.
08:27But this is still holds true.
08:29Rappers are in my phone.
08:30They are in my DM.
08:31Well, actually, they're not in my phone.
08:32They're in my DM and they won't leave me alone.
08:34But you should leave me alone because I will never date rappers and you are wasting your time.
08:39There will be other famous people that I can see and obviously know are married and have kids.
08:44Oftentimes, it'll be very famous athletes, more so than rappers or musicians.
08:49But they'll really message me and be like, I love you.
08:52I want to marry you.
08:54Like, let me take you out.
08:56And they'll say things like that.
08:57And it's crazy because I'm like, you have a picture with your wife and your newborn,
09:00maybe on your page.
09:01Like, what makes you think that this is a safe space for you, sir?
09:07It's not a safe space.
09:08One time I confronted one and replied to it and said,
09:10somebody with kids and a wife is not messaging me this right now.
09:14And he wrote back and said, I was hacked.
09:16I was hacked.
09:17And I said, I hope you were hacked.
09:18And I hope that never happens again because I will have to tell your wife about it.
09:24I woke up like a badass bitch.
09:26Pretty face with some perfect tits.
09:29This is I Am The Strip Club.
09:35What happens after that?
09:36Call my job.
09:37Told him suck my dick.
09:39Send my check.
09:39I'm not clocking in.
09:40See, I can remember this because it's the start of the verse.
09:43I love I Am The Strip Club.
09:44It's very tongue-in-cheek and fun.
09:46And it really was made for WeHo.
09:48So I hope that they're still playing it there because that was for you, WeHo.
09:52I love you.
09:53After this album, I didn't want to make music anymore just because I have a son.
09:58And it's really hard to tour with a kid.
10:02And he, you know, my son is in school.
10:05And I want to take him to school every day.
10:07I want to be there for him.
10:08And also, I hurt my back on tour very bad.
10:11I was sick for almost a year.
10:12There were times I was in bed and couldn't even walk that people don't realize because
10:16I don't like to broadcast those sorts of things.
10:21And also, I just have so many other bigger creative ideas that I felt like I owed it
10:27to myself to go and do those things.
10:29I had a really long musical career that I'm very proud of.
10:31And I had so much fun.
10:33But there's only so many hours in the day.
10:35And I just wanted to spend mine doing other things.
10:38That's it, really.
10:39Thank you.
10:41Open Your Mouth, Taste the Rainbow, Taste My Skittles.
10:44This is the best song ever.
10:45It's Pussy.
10:47My first and best song.
10:49Well, not my first song, but my first good one, I'd say.
10:52Open Your Mouth, Taste the Rainbow, Taste My Skittles.
10:54The outlaw, call me Pug.
10:56The illest on the planet.
10:58Better play your cards right, Mr. Gambit.
11:00Everyone on the same team, ain't no one in it.
11:02Yeah, I haven't sung this in probably 11 years.
11:04But this is a great song.
11:06My favorite thing about this song is the intro with Grace Jones in the Eddie Murphy movie
11:12where she's saying, Pussy, Pussy, Pussy, Pussy.
11:15It's just, it's brilliant.
11:18She's brilliant.
11:19Eddie is brilliant.
11:20And I love this song.
11:21It will always be fun to me.
11:22I put all the money I had together.
11:24It was about, I want to say like about $1,500, $2,000.
11:27And I shot a music video at the producer's, at his grandma's house in the rolling 60s
11:33in Inglewood, actually.
11:34It was amazing.
11:35And it's still one of my favorite music videos, actually, that I've ever made.
11:38It's simple.
11:39And I think it shows that you don't need to have a lot of money to make something that
11:43can be entertaining or viral.
11:45And that still holds true always to this day and will in perpetuity.
11:48If I could go back and give myself any advice, looking back, I think I just would say, don't
11:56be so quick to fire off and get so emotional.
12:00I wasn't prepared for how big this would blow up.
12:02And with a lot of love comes a lot of hate.
12:04As time's gone on, I've gotten used to being a polarizing person.
12:08And it always has been my goal to be polarizing.
12:10But when you actually kind of get thrown in the deep end and you receive a lot of those
12:16conflicting opinions, it is really easy to get sucked into the negative ones.
12:21And when you're 22, you think you're way funnier than you are, too.
12:24So I would say so many like funny, witty, mean things.
12:26And I think in retrospect, I'm like, you probably could have done without a lot of those, for sure.
12:32But I think probably most grown-up adults could tell their younger selves that no matter
12:37what it was in regard to.
12:39Shutting the fuck up, that always can help you.
12:41Just shut the fuck up sometimes.
12:43I could have shut the fuck up a bit more.
12:46I could have shut the fuck up a bit more.
