00:00I am here to present the Variety Hitmakers Label of the Year.

00:07I said Label of the Year. Come on!

00:10To the one and only Republic Core Collective.

00:16The collective, as I'm sure most of you know, includes Republic Records, Island Records, Mercury, and Def Jam.

00:24They work with a roster of artists that includes Taylor Swift, Chapel Roan, Post Malone, Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter, The Week.

00:34It's too many. It's too many to keep going. It's all of your favorite people who've ever existed.

00:39Republic have now been named Variety's Hitmaker Label of the Year five out of the last eight years.

00:50Come on, people.

00:54I know it's an industry event, but you can still have fun. I promise. I promise.

00:59You're drunk at 1 p.m. Let's have fun.

01:02I have been able to work with a lot of their amazing artists, including the fabulous Chapel Roan with Good Luck Babe,

01:09which is also being recognized on the Variety Hitmakers List this year.

01:17Avery asked me to keep it very short.

01:20So in this moment, I'm supposed to tell like personal experiences with me and Republic.

01:25So I'm just going to go really quick.
