Groundbreaking ceremony sa konstruksiyon ng NSCR sa Banlic, Calamba isinagawa

00:00The Department of Transportation led the groundbreaking ceremony

00:04on the construction of the North-South Commuter Railway, or NSCR, in Banlig, Calamba Depot.

00:11The local government of Banlig, Calamba,

00:15the embassies of South Korea, Japan and Turkey,

00:19the Japan International Cooperation Agency,

00:21and the Lott-Gillermarck EEI Venture,

00:25According to the DOTR, the construction works are included in the contract package

00:31for more than 24 hectares of land for the Banlig Depot.

00:36DOTR Secretary Jaime Bautista also gave the project a speedy start

00:42with the help of the local government and other institutions.

00:46This project is a part of the 147-kilometer NSCR

00:51with 35 stations in total and will pass through the cities and municipalities

00:57of Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, and Laguna.
