00:00Hello and welcome to Mediain TV, thank you for joining us to talk about the news, here are the headlines.
00:09The permanent representative of Morocco to the United Nations highlighted this Tuesday in New York that Algeria,
00:15the main party to the different regional on the Moroccan Sahara, must give evidence of the fiasco of its separatist project.
00:22Details of the statement in a few moments.
00:26The United States is examining this Wednesday the response of Hamas to a plan to cease fire in the Gaza Strip,
00:32a plan aimed at putting an end to the Israeli offensive in the Palestinian enclave.
00:38Senegal has officially entered the circle of hydrocarbon-producing countries.
00:42The Australian company Woodside Energy announced the start of the extraction of oil from the Sangomar field.
00:49In New York, the permanent representative of Morocco to the United Nations highlighted that Algeria,
00:59the main party to the different regional on the Moroccan Sahara, must give evidence of the fiasco of its separatist project.
01:06I propose to listen to Omar Hilal who spoke during the regular session of the UN Committee of the 24.
01:12To conclude, Madam President, I would like to call on the neighboring Algeria to draw lessons from the devastating failure of its separatist project in the Moroccan Sahara.
01:20Instead of reciting its speeches on its so-called defense of self-determination and calling for a pseudo-neutrality to which it is the only one to still believe,
01:29Algeria will do better to take action on the following three moving evidences.
01:33The Sahara has always been and will always remain Moroccan.
01:37Second, the Moroccan initiative for autonomy is the only and unique solution to this difference in the context of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom.
01:45Third, Morocco will continue with determination the strategy of development of its southern provinces which are about to become a regional and continental hub.
01:54Today, Algeria faces a choice.
01:56To join a peaceful and respectful approach to the principle of good neighborliness and peaceful settlement of differences
02:03or to plunge into the costly fiasco of its polisarian agenda at the cost of billions of dollars
02:09and at the expense of the well-being of the Algerian people, which is in line to obtain the most elementary gifts.
02:15My Algerian brother, the Sahara is definitely decolonized since its return to its motherland.
02:24Speaking in this same stand of the committee of the 24,
02:26Smael Shinfi, ambassador of the Comores with the United Nations,
02:29congratulated himself on the dynamic of economic development of the southern provinces of Morocco.
02:34I propose to listen to an excerpt of his intervention.
02:37We support without reserve the Moroccan initiative for autonomy because it is in line with international law,
02:42with the UN Charter, with the subsequent resolution of the UN Security Council, with the resolution of the UN General Assembly.
02:49We also support it because it is seriously and credibly qualified by the UN Security Council
02:55in its successive and relevant resolutions since 2007
02:59and because it is the compromise solution to this regional difference.
03:03My country, which opened the first UN General Council in December 2019,
03:08is delighted to see the growing number of UN General Councils from Arab and African countries, from America and Asia,
03:14and the growing number of regional organizations that have come to settle in the UN and in Dakhla.
03:21In this space, both Mediterranean, Atlantic and African,
03:24this growing interest in the region contributes not only to strengthen economic and social opportunities,
03:30but also represents a major asset to make the Moroccan Sahara a real hub for development and reunion.
03:37Indeed, the Moroccan Sahara already benefits from investments and projects
03:41implemented in the framework of the Moroccan Sahara Development Model launched in 2015
03:46by His Majesty's Government, King Mohammed VI, whom God assists.
03:50This program, which will soon enter its 10th year,
03:54has greatly contributed to the autonomy of populations and to the improvement of human development indexes in the Moroccan Sahara.
04:00The EU congratulates the Kingdom of Morocco for its commendable achievements in the field of human rights,
04:05as highlighted and saluted by the UN Security Council resolutions.
04:09These resolutions note, in effect, the strengthening of the role of the Regional Commission of the National Council on Human Rights in the UN and in Dakhla.
04:17These resolutions strongly appreciate bilateral cooperation with the High Commissioner for Human Rights,
04:22the treaty bodies and the procedures of the Council on Human Rights.
04:27Regarding the stability of the region, my country highly salutes the respect by the Kingdom of Morocco
04:32to cease fire and calls on other parties to do the same,
04:35notably by lifting the restrictions preventing the freedom of movement of the Minusso and the implementation of its mandate.
04:42Reiterating the support of his country to the initiative of autonomy,
04:46the representative of Gabon, for his part, called for the rapid resumption of the round table process,
04:51in accordance with resolution 2703.
04:54Gabon salutes the efforts of Mr. Staffan de Mistura,
04:57personal envoy of the UN Secretary-General,
05:01aiming to facilitate the relaunch of the political process under the exclusive auspices of the UN Secretary-General,
05:07notably his visits to Rabat, Algiers and Nouakchott.
05:09We call for the rapid resumption of the round table process,
05:13according to the same format and with the same four participations,
05:16namely Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania and the Polisario,
05:19in accordance with resolution 2703 of the Security Council.
05:24We also encourage Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania and the Polisario
05:29to remain engaged throughout the political process,
05:31in order to achieve a realistic, pragmatic, sustainable political solution
05:35and to compromise with the different regions on the Moroccan Sahara,
05:38as requested by the Security Council.
05:41We naturally support the Moroccan Autonomy Initiative,
05:44seriously and credibly qualified by the Security Council in its successive resolutions since 2007.
05:49This initiative is the solution to compromise with the different regions.
05:53It is in accordance with international law, the UN Charter,
05:57and the resolution of the Security Council and the General Assembly.
06:00My country congratulates itself on the strengthened international dynamic
06:04in support of the Moroccan Autonomy Initiative,
06:06with more than 107 countries expressing their support for this initiative.
06:10Gabon denounces the violations of the Polisario,
06:12which not only deprive the populations of the Tindouf camps of their rights,
06:16but also detours the humanitarian assistance
06:18that is intended for them by the international community
06:20for the personal enrichment of its members and for the acquisition of weapons,
06:23as evidenced by several reports in the latest revelations of the World Food Programme,
06:27including its report of January entitled
06:30« Successful report on the evaluation of the strategic plan provided for Algeria 2019-2022 »
06:34and the report of the European Office of Anti-Fraud 2015.

06:50Aziz Ounahi unblocked the situation from the eighth of the game with a beautiful goal,

06:56On his side, Shadi Riyad was invited to the festival just after Aziz Ounahi,
07:01El-Kaabi scored a three-pointer,
07:03and Soufiane Rahimi closed the loop with a powerful shot in the middle of the goal.
