00:33This woman posted her complaint on social media

00:37after receiving help from the Department of Social Welfare and Development or DSWD in Davao del Sur.

00:43She also showed how the recipient was bringing the 10,000 pesos cash aid

00:49under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation Program or AICS.

00:55But her happiness was replaced by tears.

01:07Her story, she was called to their barangay and was given the aid.

01:12And what she received was only 1,500 pesos.

01:158,500 pesos were missing.

01:18The viral social media post got a lot of reaction

01:22and it also reached the DSWD.

01:24DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian was ordered to file a complaint against the barangay official

01:30for taking the aid.

01:32The woman's complaint to the DSWD was that she took her aid so that more people can receive it.

01:38The affidavit of complaint is being filed.

01:43Because we can see that the barangay official has grave abuse of authority

01:49because she took the aid received from the DSWD.
