00:00Welcome back to TMZ Sports, Mike and Mojo, I had to resist so, so badly there to stop
00:27myself from singing. That was, Mojo, that was over the weekend. Chris Kirkpatrick of
00:33NSYNC was there, Mojo, performing one of his hits with some of the other players in a big
00:40time charity softball game. This was awesome, it was called the Rock N' Jock Fundraiser
00:46for Folds of Honor. It went down in Nashville, Tennessee on Monday. They raised over $400,000
00:53for military families, a bunch of big stars out there, DeAndre Hopkins, a bunch of others,
00:59Mojo, including, of course, Chris Kirkpatrick. We got to talk about something, though, that
01:03happened during the game. Chris Kirkpatrick broke his hand, Mojo. Now, watch this. That's
01:08a local radio host by the name of Jeremy Loper, rounding third base. I don't know if he either
01:12tripped or he just flat out tried to pull a Pete Rose circa 1970 against Ray Fossey
01:21where he just bowled him over and badly injured him in the 1970 Major League Baseball All-Star
01:26game. Nonetheless, Chris gets run over, broke his hand there, Mojo. Now, he didn't know
01:31that he had broken a bone and sustained a really serious injury, so he kept catching
01:36for the rest of the game. Afterward, he goes and he gets the thing checked out and they
01:41say, hey, Chris, you've got a broken hand, bud. Not how you want to go out at a celebrity
01:46softball game. Again, though, they raised $408,000. So kudos to them. And sorry, Chris
01:51Babcock, I disagree wholeheartedly with you on this one. This is exactly how I want to
01:58go out. I want to get injured and leave it all out on the field in honor for the charities
02:04right in front of 7000 screaming fan over $400,000 raised. And I want to literally break
02:13my body to give back to the people. And I want to do it in a way where I didn't even
02:18notice that it happened because I'm such a bad ass. Not only that, no one else could
02:24even tell I was injured, even though I broke my hand. That's how tough I am because I was
02:29talking to my good friend, actually, Danielle Monet.
02:33You may remember her as the former summer ray in the WWE. I believe she spent most of
02:40the game playing second base. So now she was in the game. Oh, Joe, she played in there.
02:45It was in the game and she was playing. We're watching her right now. Very close to Chris
02:50a catcher. She told me not a single person on either team knew that Chris was injured.
02:57He just kept going. I mean, obviously he didn't even know he was injured. So there was that,
03:01but I mean, you're reaching new levels of bad assery here. And I, I reached out to our
03:07good friend, Joey Fatone as well, who I always thought was the toughest, most bad-ass member
03:13of NSYNC. And he didn't even know about Chris's injury either. So I'm saying, I think this
03:19was a good thing for his rep in the end, man. This is, this is also Babcock. I will add
03:25you look like you probably should have been a member of NSYNC at one point.
03:29I'm going to take that as a compliment, Mojo. And I, you know, you go to the TMZ website,
03:34you will see that Simon Cowell is actually looking for two members of the boy band. So, maybe.
