00:22Drugs are involved, she's not taking her medication,
00:24she's boozing.
00:26She's taking cues from her boyfriend,
00:30This person, this guy, Paul Solis,
00:32we're hearing that he is sort of running the household.
00:34We're told Britney is prone to radical mood swings.
00:37She goes into uncontrollable rages
00:39that often end in physical violence.
00:41Given all that, our sources say it was a mistake
00:44to end the conservatorship, but they agree
00:46Jamie Spears was not the right person to run it.
00:49A conservatorship doesn't mean prison,
00:51but it means structure,
00:53and she doesn't have structure right now.

01:07it was apparent Britney was getting drugs from someone,
01:09and the judge authorized the monitoring
01:12of her communication devices
01:13to find out who the dealer was.
01:15And that was under a conservatorship,
01:17now there's nobody.
01:18If she needs a new conservatorship this badly,
01:21who actually can kick that off?
01:24Her mom is estranged, her sister is estranged,
01:26her brother's the only one she seems
01:28to have any contact with.
01:30If he went to authorities and said
01:32she needed a conservatorship,
01:34destroy that relationship too.
01:35So you have to do it and torch the relationship
01:37to save her, don't you?
01:38I mean, the whole thing's sad.
