Despite a difficult start in 2018, marked by a lack of suitable equipment and the refusal of her father, Nouriatou COULIBALY has never given up. Her passion for pastry-making is so great that, through hard work and perseverance, she was able to convince her father and propel her business to the top.
Today, Nouriatou COULIBALY is at the head of Nour Services, a company specialising in pastries. Gone are the days of baking cakes in a couscous cooker. She has invested in an oven and has ambitions to acquire other equipment to develop her business.
