00:16Here in Obra Maestro, we have our 32 square meters pool in front of our lounge and as you can see here
00:24We have a open area that we can use it for events
00:28Birthday, weddings
00:30This area is around 800 square meters
00:33That you can use. And then here in this area is our favorite spot with my family
00:40The gazebo area. So this is my family as you can see my three kids and wife
00:46And then in that area, in the back, it's a coffee area
00:51That's why it's surrounded by indoor plants where you can relax while having coffee
01:01This property, we acquired it way back 15 years ago
01:05So we bought it as a lot and it was very cheap, around 300,000
01:11So at first, we didn't know what we were going to do with the lot
01:15So for 15 years, it was more like a farm with rice crops
01:20And then after that, it was a dream that we wanted to make come true
01:26So our plan was to build a house
01:30So we wanted a resort-feels house that is relaxing
01:35And you can combine the modern house with nature
01:40Well, I would like to commend my husband because he is very family-oriented
01:45During that time, even just us
01:47I am very happy that I am with a perfect husband as well

01:58Hello, so we're here in the lounge area
02:01As you can see, you can see the front lounge is made of glass
02:06So you can see the natural light that comes in here and see the beauty of the lounge
02:12And then here, it will welcome you
02:14Because we're fond of plants and the accent of wood of the console table
02:18So here in this area, you can see the wall cladding design with clear glass
02:24That was inspired by a feature video of OG, the modern tropical house

02:48So here in Pampanga, when you say Dutong Betis
02:51These are the ones who make furniture, quality furniture
02:54So this one is a Nara wood
02:57And then this one, I think Mahogany with Solia
03:01To have a resort-feels when you sit here
03:05Okay, so here in this part, you can see the ceiling design
03:09It's a modern design, minimalist, a fusion of gray and then white
03:14And then these modern Nordic lamps, we bought this online
03:19So the design is very suitable here in the place
03:25And then here, you can see the video
03:28So while having family bonding, you can have a video here
03:32And then it also has a wall cladding that is combined with quartz material
03:36So that's the design of the house
03:39And then when you're inside, you can see the dining set, living room set, they are really wood

04:44It's very relaxing and stress-free
