LSPDFR Episode 2 - Sandy Shores Aggressive Enforcement

An aggressive enforcement roleplay in and around Sandy Shores. This consisted of stopping people riding 4-wheelers and golf carts on the road, riding dirt bikes without helmets, driving a vehicle without a rear license plate, and driving a vehicle with underglow neon lighting. This is somewhat representative of real-life police behavior here in north Louisiana - to wit: stopping and searching the golf cart instead of responding to the emergency call for backup; stopping the 4-wheeler while I was supposed to be looking for a stolen bicycle; trying to stop the SUV with neon despite the neon not actually violating any law; and calling a pursuit (in this case forcing a pursuit) when the driver was just trying to find a good place to stop.

Mods used include NaturalVision Remastered, The UniT's Pursuit On The Fly plugin, Opus49's Prowler Radar plugin, cars from 11John11's Blaine County Sheriff pack, and a Federal Signal PA400 siren from Jonesey's Mods.
