Last week's World Court ruling on Gaza must be implemented, says EU's Borrell

A World Court ruling ordering Israel to halt its military assault on the city of Rafah must be implemented, EU foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, said on Monday (May 27), ahead of an EU foreign ministers' meeting.
