00:14 Many vehicles were stranded on the National Highway in Bail Laguna yesterday.

00:22 Because of the continuous rain, the highest flood has been almost to Bewang.

00:27 When the afternoon arrived, only trucks and buses were able to pass through the highway.

00:31 This man was able to get his motorcycle home.

00:36 The motorcycle sank and it broke.

00:39 I walked very far. I should not have entered here. It was very deep in the middle.

01:02 According to the Laguna Police Provincial Office, the flood is within one kilometer of the highway from their barangay to Barangay Bangyas.
