00:09The deep water or flood in the area of the city of Manila is still going on.

00:15It's raining heavily and there's a strong wind that it's experiencing since a while ago.

00:22Almost all areas of the city of Manila are flooded, including Espana Boulevard. Some parts of the city were not able to pass by small vehicles.

00:29Lagos Nilad has up to 20 deep waters while in Tuff Avenue, in front of the NBI, only buses and trucks are passing by.

00:38Along with Lugog, Kirino Avenue from Leonquinto to Rojas Boulevard and Pablo Ocampo Street and Naila Rinjana,

00:46the intersection of Tuff Avenue and Kirino Avenue is now flooded with vehicles due to the fear of motorists crossing and entering Kirino Avenue to Rojas Boulevard.

00:59Even though Tuff Avenue is northbound, parking lots of different types of vehicles are also flooded.
