00:04 Comelec gave the requests of the Office of the Solicitor General about the mayor.

00:11 The Commission on Elections or Comelec has submitted documents to the Office of the Solicitor General

00:20 in connection with Bamban Taralac Mayor Alice Goh.

00:22 Comelec Chairman George Garcia said that the mayor's certificate of candidacy and statement of contributions and expenditures are included in the documents.

00:32 These are public documents and therefore we are obliged to provide them to a government agency

00:40 especially the purpose is to file the necessary case.

00:43 The Solicitor General, Menardo Guevara, said that he is now gathering information from his office about Goh.

00:51 Under the law, only the OSG can file a co-warrantor petition against Goh.

00:56 The eligibility can be questioned.
