00:00 It was a straight-up moment, it was the best. I think we weren't good enough in how we attacked in the final 20-30.
00:07 But like you say, we showed some really good desire in defence and defended quite well as a team at times to get the ball in the right areas.
00:15 I just don't think we were clinical enough, but obviously quite a few changes this week, so it made a bit of an impact.
00:23 Obviously one try each, it was just the penalty goal that made the difference in the end on the score.
00:30 But is that a concern, the penalties you were conceding?
00:33 Not the main concern, I think the last one were not great to give away, but I just think that with six points in it we could have made more changes.
00:47 Do you think this will have any bearing on Wembley? Has it told you anything you didn't know? Could you take some confidence out of it for the Cup final?
00:56 Definitely, I think it's just a great opportunity to learn and I'm sure the other team will be saying the same.
01:02 It's just a great opportunity to learn and fix up areas that weren't good enough.
01:05 It will definitely give us some desire to make sure we get it right over the next couple of weeks and have a much different outcome for Wembley.
01:11 You mentioned changes, obviously Bethan didn't play in Ruby, are you hopeful that they'll be back for the final?
01:17 Yeah, I think both just took knocks. We've only had a five or six day turnaround, so I think it's been a lot for a lot of the girls.
01:27 They looked tired at times today, but it's contact sport so they took quite heavy knocks, but I'm hopeful they'll be back in time for Wembley.
01:36 Thanks guys.
