00:00So I'm just running up towards Fallon right now, which means I've completed the section
00:11between South Shields and, well, Fallon, which is the section I was probably the most unfamiliar
00:18with.
00:19So now I'm on the same route I was on yesterday until I get to South Gosseth, and then from
00:27there I'll be heading east rather than west, run a big loop around the course and then
00:32back to St James's Park.
00:34I'll catch up with you as I'm heading through the city centre.
