00:08 who was stabbed by Ian Cruz.

00:10 The Municipality did not hold a regular flag-raising ceremony for Banban Mayor Alice Guo,

00:19 but her supporters gathered there.

00:22 Her former mayor, who became her ally in the 2022 elections, defended Guo.

00:30 I know that the operation here is okay.

00:33 I don't see any operation here that is not right.

00:44 a time when she was only 15 years old,

00:50 I met Mayor Alice when I was the mayor of 2001 to 2002.

01:08 The Interior Department has now announced the removal of the local police officer, Banban Mayor Alice Guo.

01:18 We will withdraw the deputization of Mayor Guo.

01:22 As a consequence, all the privileges attached to her are revoked immediately,

01:27 including its control and supervision of its local police.

01:31 The Ministry of Justice has also submitted a fact-finding report

01:34 on the allegation of the Mayor of the operation of the raid on Banban.

01:39 The question of Guo's identity is still being questioned,

01:42 and the Senate is unable to provide details of his birth and education.

01:48 We cannot give details of our findings,

01:52 but we can say in general that we found very serious legal implications.

01:59 The punishment can be either suspension or dismissal from public service.

02:05 The evidence will be filed as a complaint to the Ombudsman.

02:10 We cannot dismiss, we cannot suspend, we do not have a preventive suspension.

02:19 The fact-finding of the office of the Solicitor General continues,
