00:18 This Monday rush, the DOTR is still pursuing the unauthorized motorists who are being harassed at EDSA Busway in Ortigas.

00:31 At present, more than 20 people have been arrested by the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation, or SAIC.

00:38 Only motorcyclists are being arrested here at the busway.

00:41 Based on our interview with them, they are saying that the only reason is that they are rushing to get to work.

00:48 Audrey, another one of the arrested here was found to have an impounded motorcycle

00:52 because he did not show his license or ORCR.

00:57 The Philippine Coast Guard is responsible for the arrest of the motorists.

01:02 If we compare the SAIC operation to the past months, the private and government vehicles are already being transported to the bus lane.

01:09 In addition, the estimated ridership of EDSA Busway has increased by 2 million based on the latest report of the DOTR SAIC in the past 4 months.
