Almost €10m provided to Donegal Airport over past decade says Eamon Ryan

00:00On aviation, my department's regional airports program,

00:0321 to 2035, both through direct capital investment

00:06and operational supports to Donegal

00:08and Ireland West airports and via public service obligation

00:11air services between Donegal and Dublin.

00:14Onto the regional airports program since 2014,

00:17almost 9.44 million has gone to Donegal airport

00:20and over 39.42 million for Ireland West airport.

00:25These are only some of the various different projects,

00:27but absolutely, I believe our national planning framework

00:30is correct.

00:31We need better balanced region development,

00:33particularly to the north and west.
