Litter and rubbish makes the town look unsightly and is harmful to wildlife too, say these caring young scouts from St Stephen's in Burnley. They organised their own litter pick in the Woodgrove Road area and have asked Burnley Council for more bins in the area to encourage litterbugs to behave more responsibly
