Lauren Grundy and husband Sean, both 35, discovered a 150m model railway track in the undergrowth of their new detached property in Morley, Derbyshire.

01:39 but this seems to be the busiest end for the track.
01:42 There's multiple lines, there's an area where there's
01:46 a bridge, or there should be a bridge,
01:48 and the track goes underneath and it loops round.
01:52 Unfortunately, everything has grown right over this track,
01:56 so we are going to try and get all of this cut down.
