00:00 I'm in Blackhall out of one of the houses that's been painted by artist Sketch.
00:04 Sketch, it's beautiful. How do you start on something like this?
00:09 Pretty much with a visual first. You take pictures of the house, you look at the artwork that you're going to create
00:15 and then you mock the two together so you can see how it's going to apply.
00:18 And then pretty much roller it out and just, you know, it's done by artist eye, freehand.
00:24 How long did it take?
00:25 This one took two days.
00:27 Really?
00:28 Yeah, two days. So a lot of climbing, a lot of hard work, but yeah, it came out nice in two days.
00:33 Big question. Do you start at the top and work down or do you start at the bottom and work up?
00:37 Normally top down because you go and do the wobbliest bits first and then you come down and do the lower.
00:44 But yeah, it's pretty much how you feel at the time and how you want to do it.
00:48 One last question. How long will it last for?
00:50 That's good for anything from 10 to 15 years before it starts to decolour or any of the UV of the paint goes.
00:56 it's got time. Nice piece. Cheers. Thank you.
