00:00Hi, my name's John Shaw. I'm the Chairman and Founder of Blackpool Music School.
00:06Blackpool Music School has been going for the last 18 years and we've been here for the last 13 years.
00:12We were very shocked a few weeks ago to find out that we don't have to call on our phone call.
00:18Receiving this letter was a big shock to us because, as far as we're concerned, we do own the land that the cars park on.
00:27If this is pushed away and we can't park here, it will push all the cars down the streets.
00:35But we have actually 155 students a week coming in and also 11 tutors.
00:44So if this forecourt closes, basically it will do us a great deal of damage.
00:51We have disabled people coming up on the forecourt and we do need that forecourt desperately.
00:57But it also puts a strain on our finances if we've got to buy or lease it.
01:03As far as we're concerned, we own the forecourt.
