00:00 Hello, well we saw plenty of rain overnight. This is a little bit heavy at times and it
00:05 does mean it's going to be quite a wet start for some of us. However, the good news is
00:08 it is going to be brightening up for some too. However, it's not quite time to put away
00:12 the raincoat just yet. So the rain we had overnight is gradually pushing its way north-eastwards,
00:18 moving into northern and eastern parts of England and southern parts of Scotland as
00:21 well. A little bit heavy too at times as it pushes its way northwards. Elsewhere though,
00:26 it is going to be brightening up, however there will be some showers on the cards too.
00:30 And these may be a little bit heavy at times, particularly across the south-west. But where
00:35 you do catch the sunshine with temperatures in the mid to high teens, even creeping up
00:39 into the low 20s across Scotland, it will be feeling pleasant and warm. Now into this
00:45 evening we do eventually say goodbye to this rain as it pushes its way northwards, allowing
00:49 a largely dry night for many of us with a few clear spells. So perhaps a chillier night
00:54 compared to the mild nights we've had of late. However, we are going to start to see some
00:58 low cloud feed into eastern areas. So it might be a little bit murky to start Wednesday morning,
01:03 may even see the odd spot of rain and drizzle. But on the whole, a largely cooler night compared
01:08 to late, but just a bit milder where that cloud and that rain lingers on. So as I say,
01:14 a bit of a murky start in the east with some low cloud, perhaps some rain and drizzle.
01:18 But as the day warms up, it will eventually push its way towards coastal regions and it
01:23 may linger there for a time, still with the chance of the odd spot of rain and drizzle,
01:27 but elsewhere largely brightening up. However, still a chance of showers on offer and they
01:32 may be a little bit thundery as well, particularly across the south. But once again, those temperatures
01:37 mid to high teens once again creeping into the 20s. So if you can dodge the showers,
01:42 it will still be feeling pleasant and warm. Now for the rest of the week, it's not changing
01:47 too much. We are expecting further sunny spells and showers, still a risk of those thunderstorms
01:52 too. But we are remaining in that milder air, which means where you do catch the sunshine,
01:57 it will still be feeling warm. And don't forget, you can always subscribe to our YouTube channel
