00:53 The demographic challenge is one of the main challenges that our country is facing.
00:59 The data and projections of the ISTA are very clear from this point of view.
01:04 In 20 years, the number of people over 65 will grow by 5 million
01:10 and, in the same way, there will be 5 million less people in the working age.
01:16 Therefore, it is essential that companies and institutions work together
01:21 to prepare our country to face this challenge as best as possible.
