00:34 and these are dishes that are actually recipes from Nanay Wilma,
00:38 who is the mother of the owner of this restaurant.
00:40 So I'm really, really excited kasi some of these dishes are actually my personal favorites.
00:45 So let's dig in!
00:46 This restaurant is really dedicated for my mother
00:49 because it was a gift.
00:50 It's a gift for her na, you know, it's a hard work of a mother.
00:55 The reason why kaya nandito ako yun is because of my mother.
00:58 And then I just remember nung bata pa ako yung mga luto niya,
01:01 palagi kong inaaral, lagi niya tinuturo sa'kin,
01:04 and hanggang ngayon bit-bit ko, kaya dinala ko dito ngayon sa restaurant.
01:07 Hindi ko makakalimutan talaga na unang tinuro sa'kin ng nanay ko
01:12 is yung pork adobo namin, kasi number one, ayun yung unang pinakamadaling lutuin,
01:17 and number two, paborito ko siya.
01:20 So this is the adobo.
01:22 It's actually twice cooked, and as you can see,
01:25 ito yung, what's it called, yung adobo na may like oil.
01:29 Wow.
01:37 That's really good.
01:39 It's really like full of flavor.
01:41 I don't think I've had an adobo that's like as packed with flavor as this one.
01:47 Syempre, sobra siya naging happy,
01:51 kasi nilabas namin yung isang section ng menu na liwanag kaffir,
01:56 which is dedicated para sa kanya.
01:58 Most of them is talagang original recipe niya,
02:01 and most of our customers talaga na-enjoy it.
02:04 So I've already prepared the bulalok for me.
02:08 This is my favorite, so I'm so excited.
02:20 That's really, really good.
02:21 The flavor naman is not too strong, which I like,
02:26 and the meat is cooked perfectly.
02:29 So eto naman yung sizzling mushroom nila,
02:31 and fun fact, GMA Cavite is actually the mushroom capital of the Philippines,
02:36 and here in Cavite, they also have the Caboteno Festival.
02:40 Okay, guys, sa totoo, hindi ako mahilig sa mushroom,
02:43 but I'll give it a try.

02:53 As you can see, with this one, usually kasi the tofu is fried,
02:58 but with this one, it's steamed.
03:00 It's really perfectly cooked.
03:06 It's not cooked too much, so it's really good.
03:10 So it's been a while, actually, since I've had kare-kare,
03:18 so I'm super excited to try it today.
03:20 So it's really different from what I'm used to.
03:27 Wow. Okay, I really miss kare-kare pala.
03:29 Dito ma-fulfill nyo yung appreciation para sa nanay natin
03:36 because padalas napapansin lang natin yung ceremony nanay.
03:40 Hindi natin nakita yung mga pag-aalala, pag-mamahal,
03:43 yung hard work at pag-aalaga niya, no?
03:46 So dito, we really want to feel ng mga nanay na special sila.
03:51 May mga may kita pa kayo sa mga tables namin na words for mother,
03:55 so that they will just really feel really appreciated.
