00:00It's like we're at the beach, isn't it?
00:04Do you feel a bit like you're walking on a square?
00:07It's like we're testing the flow of the theatre because I always think it's a square.
00:11What is this?
00:14A screw.
00:16Which way are you going?
00:18That way.
00:20Okay.
00:22I, um...
00:24I can't.
00:27Okay, Mrs Weiner, I'm going to start by asking what a difference
00:30the team have made to this area of the place.
00:32Oh, they've made a huge difference.
00:34The impact that we've had on the children's education has just been phenomenal.
00:38The makeover that they've done on the area is absolutely fantastic.
00:41It's made a huge impact, huge difference,
00:43and the children absolutely love coming out here to play.
00:46In terms of the company, Stuart, why were they so keen to get involved in this project?
00:49ASC's been in Sunderland for over ten years now.
00:52We run the battery plants in Washington,
00:55and our workforce have grown up in Sunderland,
00:58they live in Sunderland, and in many cases went to school in Sunderland,
01:01so it's fantastic for us to be able to put something back into our local schools,
01:05and particularly schools on our doorstep.
01:08We get as much out of the work that we've done here this week
01:11as it's lovely to hear the headteacher speaking about what we've done
01:15and the difference we make, but it's just as rewarding for our guys
01:18to make a difference and to see the smiles on the kids' faces.
01:22How grateful are the school for the work that's been done?
01:25So thankful, really, really grateful.
01:28I can't thank you enough. The children have done some cards for the team,
01:31and we've baked some cakes for the team this morning,
01:34so they're really excited to hand them out.
01:37We've got you some cakes and drinks the children would like to hand out this morning,
01:40so would you like to give that to one of the members of the team?
01:43Thank you, sweetheart.
01:48Do you want to come over to the children? I've got some cakes for you over here.
01:53Thanks very much.
01:55What do we need to say, everyone?
01:57Thank you!
02:17Thank you.
