00:29 Like Ms. Hasmin, 69 years old, who lives in Bahaing Lugar,

00:35 on the other side of the river of Barangay Malanday.

00:37 We were thinking about what happened to Ondoy.

00:40 We were still on the other side of the river.

00:44 We were still thinking about our house.

00:47 It was different.

00:48 That's when I got scared.

00:51 I had phobia.

00:53 She's still afraid, but it seems that the continuous dredging or deepening

00:59 and widening of the river since 2009 has helped her.

01:03 That's why the low areas of the city are not flooded anymore.

01:08 We were really looking for water.

01:16 We have six dredgers.

01:18 It's also based on the hydrological analysis that we're following.
